ding procedures: Suppliers eligible for par-
ticipating in the proposed bid are those who
shall: ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Auditing,
and Accounting (however, minors, persons
under curatorship, or persons under assis-
tance who obtained the consent necessary
for concluding a contract may be applicable
to the status of special reasons within the
said article);②not apply to Article 71 of
the above-mentioned Cabinet Order;③
have Grade A or B in Selling classification
in terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in bids required by the Supreme Court
(single qualification for every ministry and
agency) in the fiscal years2025,2026,and
2027 and meet the qualification for partici-
pating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu re-
gion ; besides, those who have Grade B in
the said classification need to be able to
prove the record of experience of offering
equivalent or superior service to the case of
this bid notice;④The time and place of
application for the qualification of③shall
be in the manner of application for single
qualification for every ministry and agen-
cy;⑤have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status from the Su-
preme Court at the time of opening of Bids ;
