次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

なお、数量については、現時点での数量で
あり、変更することがある.
(3)調達件名の特質等仕様書による。
(4)納入期間上記1(2)契約締結の日から令和
8年3月31日まで,
(5)納入場所入札説明書による。
(6)入札方法上記1(2)の件名で入札に付す
る。入札金額は、上記1(2)の件名で単価を記
載すること。なお、落札決定に当たっては、
入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に
相当する額を加算した金額をもって契約金額
とするので、入札者は消費税に係る課税事業
者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見
積もった金額の110分の100に相当する金額を
入札書に記載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度防衛省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、関東・甲信越
地域の競争参加資格を有する者のうち次の等
級に格付けされている者であること。上記1
(2)「物品の販売」のA、B、C又はD等級
(4)医薬品の一般販売業の許可を受けている者
であること。
(5)大臣官房衛生監、防衛政策局長、防衛装備
庁長官のいずれか該当する者又は陸上幕僚長
から指名停止等の措置を受けている期間中の
者でないこと。

(6)前号により、現に指名停止を受けている者
と資本関係又は人的関係のある者であって、
当該者と同種の物品の売買又は製造若しくは
役務請負について防衛省と契約を行おうとす
る者でないこと。
(7)防衛省として原価計算システムの適正性を
確認できない状態にある者でないこと。(但
し、市場価格等による場合は除く。)

16日16時30分まで。
ただし、入札書を持参する場合は開札の日

制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。
