次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法
①入札金額は、総価を記載すること、
②落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ
れた金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当
する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
り捨てた金額とする。)をもって落札価格と
するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費
税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者で
あるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額
の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記
載すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度における物品の製造・
販売等に係る競争契約の参加資格(以下「全
省庁統一資格」という。)の「物品の製造」又
は「物品の販売」のいずれか及び「役務の提
供等」で「A」、「B」又は「C」等級に格付
けされている者であること。
(4)その他独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇
用支援機構島根支部契約担当役支部長が別に
定める資格を有することを証明した者である

(2)入札説明書等の交付方法本公告の日から
3の(1)において、土曜日、日曜日及び祝日を
除く毎日、午前10時から正午まで及び午後1
時から午後4時までの間に交付する。
なお、電子メールにて入札説明書等の交
付を希望する場合は以下のとおり
shimane-keiri@jeed.go.jpあて依頼するこ
と。
①電子メールの件名は、『『本館建替に係る
什器等の購入及び移設業務(島根職業能力

交付依頼』とすること。

(3)入札者に要求される事項この競争に参加
を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほかに必
要な証明書等を入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。また、開札日の前日ま
での間において必要な証明書等の内容に関す
る照会があった場合には、説明しなければな
らない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札、入札に関する条件に違
反した入札は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲
内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入
札者を落札者と決定する。
