(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札に関する条
件に違反した者の提出した入札書は無効とす
る.
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法総合評価落札方式とす
る。本公告に示した業務を完全に履行できる
と理事長が判断した入札者であって、契約規
程第33条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価
格の制限の範囲内で、入札説明書で示す要求
事項のうち必須項目の最低限の要求を全て満
たしている提案をした入札者の中から、定め
た総合評価の方法をもって落札者を決定す
る。
(7)手続における交渉の有無無
(8)契約情報の公表「独立行政法人の事務・
事業の見直しの基本方針」(平成22年12月7日
閣議決定)に基づき、当研究所と一定の関係
を有する法人等と契約をする場合には、当研
究所との関係に係る情報を当研究所のホーム
ページで公表する。なお、本件への応札若し
くは応募又は契約の締結をもって、所要の情
報の当方への提供及び情報の公表に同意され
たものとみなす。
