① not come under Article 6 of the admin-
istrative instruction of the Contractual
Rules of the West Nippon Expressway
Company Limited
②submit a copy of a tax payment certifi-
cate published within the past three
months and formulated in either formats
of3,3—3—2 or 3—3 prescribed by Article 9
of the Enforcement Regulations of the
National Tax Act
③ have proven to have actually manufac-
tured or delivered Patrol Car and Patrol
Car For Maintenance determined by the
Road Traffic Law for us after 2019 fiscal
vear
④ have proven to have prepared a system
to provide rapid after-sale service and
maintenance for the products concerned
⑤ being the person who received registra-
tion of the taking care of business of Arti-
cle42 of "Act on Recycling, etc. of End-
of-Life Vehicles"
(7)Time-limit for the submission of applica-
tion forms and relevant documents for the
qualification : 4:00 P.M. 7 April 2025
(8) Time-limit for the submission of tender:
