(3)入札者に要求される事項
1)この競争に参加を希望する者は、必要な
証明書等を所定の提出期限までに上記3(1)
に示す場所に提出しなければならない。ま
た、開札日の前日までの間において必要な
証明書等の内容に関する契約職からの照会
があった場合には、説明しなければならな
い。
2)上記1)の証明書等に基づき調達特定役
務の履行が可能な者であることと判断した
ものを落札対象とする。
(4)入札の無効競争に参加する資格を有しな
い者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した入
札は無効とする。

(6)落札者の決定方法国立研究開発法人土木
研究所契約事務取扱細則第12条の規定に基づ
いて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、
最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落
札者とする。

5 Summary
