③本システムは、業務用データベースとは
独立した、患者の臨床データ、情報を長期
的総合的に蓄積管理できる機能を有するこ
と。
④本システムは、要求機能を達成するため
に十分なデータ処理機器、端末、ネットワー
クを保有すること。
⑤本システムは、各部門で使用している医
療機器及びシステムに対するインターフェ
イスを有すること。
⑥本システムのうち、病院業務に不可欠な
システムは24時間、無人にて自動稼働し、
安全で容易に運用できること。また、シス
テム障害対策が十分になされていること。
⑦利用者層に応じたデータのアクセス権が
設定できること。また、プライバシーの保
護及びセキュリティ対策(ランサムウェア
対策を含む)が充分なされていること。
⑧現在稼働中の病院情報システムのデータ
を継続し、新システムへのスムーズな移行
ができること。
⑨本システムは、病院経営、診療業務を高
度に支援するため、最新の技術に基づくこ
と。また、操作性及び応答時間は十分実業
務に対応できること。さらに各種データの
二次利用が可能であること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

to attain requirements above

the medical equipment and the system be-
ing used in each section

the hospital business is to be automated
system operation for 24 hours. It can
beapplied safety and easily. And this sys-
tem fully takes measures to cope with the
situation of system failure
