に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の

び第31条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)にお
いて令和7年度に東海・北陸地域の「物品の
販売のA、B、C又はD等級に格付けされ
ている者であること。
(3)国立大学法人金沢大学の会計細則第32条第
3項の規定に基づき、学長が定める資格を有
する者であること。
(4)学長から取引停止の措置を受けている期間
中の者でないこと。

し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなけ
ればならない。

のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。

(7)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると学長が判断した入札者であっ
て、国立大学法人金沢大学の会計細則第38条
の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限
の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を
行った入札者を落札者とする。
