(2)Classification of the products to be pro-

(3)Nature and quantity of the services to be
required : Development of Market Surveill-
ance Library (Information Processing
Function) (tentative name), 1 set.
(4) Fulfillment period: From the date when
contract is concluded through 26, December
2025
(5) Fulfillment place: As in the tender manu-
al
(6)Qualifications for participation in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting. Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B, C of
the qualification of offer of services in
the Kanto • Koushinetsu area related to
Cabinet Office (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) in the fiscal
years 2022, 2023 and 2024. In addition,
when concluding a contract, the applicant
must have the same qualifications as
those in the 2025, 2026 and 2027 Cabinet
Office (Single qualification for every min-
istry and agency).
④ Not be suspended from transaction by
the request of the officials in charge of
contract.
⑤ A person whose business situation or
trustworthiness is deemed not to have
significantly deteriorated and whose
proper performance of a contract can be
guaranteed
⑥ Submit a document of a system to
prove their ability to supply the system
concerned and meet our requirements in
order to be judged acceptable by the con-
tracting entity ; and provide explanations
on the contents of the above document by
request.
