(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 本学既存の電子線形加速器に、ビーム加速に用いる高周波電力を供給する大電力RFシステムの更新であり、高周波電力伝送線路の入れ替え及び冷却システムの改修を含むこと。
B 加速管に供給する高周波電力の位相を個別に調整・監視できること。
C 加速器または高周波電力伝送線路に異常が発生した時に、高周波電力の供給を即座に停止するインターロックを有すること。
D 本学既存の電子線形加速器制御システムから制御可能であること。
E 供給者は本システム設置後も十分なメンテナンスとアフターサービス及び故障時の迅速な対応ができる体制を確立すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(2) Nature and quantity of the services to be required: High Power RF System for the Electron Linac 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement: purchase
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A This high-power RF system must supply high-power microwaves for beam acceleration to this university's high-intensity electron linac. It also includes the replacement of the microwave transmission line and refurbishment of the existing cooling system.
B The system must be able to individually adjust and monitor the phase of the high-power microwaves supplied to the accelerating structures.
C The system must have a safety interlock that automatically cut off RF output in the event of a fault in the electron linac or microwave transmission line.
D This system must be controllable via the existing electron linac control system.
E The supplier must commit to providing adequate post-installation support and service, including rapid response to any system failures or trouble.
