(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
① 本システムは、職業能力開発に係る教育訓練に使用する。
② 本システムは、クライアント・サーバ構成を基本とし、同時に多数の受講者等が使用可能な処理能力を持つこと。
③ 教育訓練に適したアプリケーション、ユーティリティ等が提供されること。
④ 各クライアントの稼働に際し、十分な能力を有するサーバ、周辺機器及びLANを有すること。
⑤ 信頼性の高い機器で構成し、操作性の優れたHMI、GUI等を有すること。
⑥ 運用管理が容易で、セキュリティ管理等を十分考慮したものであること。
⑦ 導入教育体制、サポート体制が整っていること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 導入説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する
供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年12月20日から令和7年
1月20日まで。ただし、土曜日、日曜日、祝
日等を除く毎日、午前10時から正午まで及び
午後1時から午後4時までの間に交付する。

なお、郵送により導入説明書の送付を希望

(3) Type of the procurement : rent
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The computer system must be used for
educational and vocational training in
the human resources development fields.
② The computer system must be based on
the client server system, and they could
be used simultaneously for the class.
③ This system should feature sufficient
capability for application and utility soft-
ware that are suitable for educational
and vocational training.
④ At the operation of each client, the co-
mputer system should be consisted of the
efficient server, peripheral devices and
connected to a high-speed local area net-
work.
⑤ This computer system must be consist-
ed of sufficient, reliable equipments, and
provided high operative Graphical User
Interface (GUI) and Human Machine In-
terface (HMI) and others.
⑥ A system easy of management and
maintenance, the system must be pro-
vided for security system.
⑦ There should be provided an efficient
means for operation and management of
the system, besides maintenance support
must be provided so that incidents and
problems in the system can be resolved
quickly.
