1 調達内容
(1) 品目分類番号 78
(2) 調達件名及び数量 感染性産業廃棄物処理業務（収集運搬及び処分）及び非感染性産業廃棄物処理業務（収集運搬及び処分）一式
(3) 調達件名の特質等 入札説明書及び仕様書による。

(6) 入札方法 入札金額は、購入物品のほか、納入に要する一切の費用を含めた額とすること。
なお、落札者決定にあたっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札者決定価格とするので、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税にかかる課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を記載した入札書を提出しなければならない。
2 入札参加資格
(1) 独立行政法人国立病院機構契約事務取扱細則（以下、契約細則という。）第5条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であっても、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 契約細則第6条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 厚生労働省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）の「役務の提供（建物管理等各種保守管理）及び役務の提供（その他）」において、A、B、C等級に格付けされ近畿地区の競争資格を有するものであること。なお、当該競争参加資格については、令和6年3月29日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(4) 契約細則第4条の規定に基づき、経理責任者が定める資格を有する者であること。
(5) 環境配慮への取組状況等に関し入札説明書に掲げる入札適合条件を満たす者であること。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause;
② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO;
③ have Grade A, B, C in “Provision of services (Various maintenance management such as building management)” and “Provision of services (Other)” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health,
Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Regions;
④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation;
