次のとおり資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
① 特定細胞加工物、再生医療等製品の提供
に伴う細胞加工及び保管等を行う細胞培養
加工施設として利用可能なものであるこ
と。(アイソレータやインキュベータ等の加
工に伴う個別機器を除く)
② 「医薬品、医療機器の品質、有効性及び
安全性の確保等に関する法律」、「再生医療
等の安全性の確保等に関する法律」及びそ
れら省令、施行規則、通知、事務連絡等及
びその他関連する法規・ガイドライン等や
学会から発出されている指針等、最新の規
制を満たす設備要件を満たすものであるこ
と。(アイソレータやインキュベータ等の設
備にかかる設備要件を除く)
③ 細胞培養加工施設内に細胞の加工処理を
行う部屋(グレードB相当)を2部屋設置
することをふまえて、適切な細胞加工培養
に必要な部屋を提案すること。
④ 提案する細胞培養加工施設案について
は、清浄度クラスのゾーニング及びそれを
踏まえた動線、各室の室圧差が分かるよう
に提案すること。
⑤ 細胞培養加工施設の運用に必要となるク
リーンルームの環境・衛生モニタリング
(温度、湿度、室圧、浮遊粒子数 等必要
な事項)、設置機器のモニタリング(アイ
ソレータ、安全キャビネット、インキュベー
タ、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、液体窒素保存容器)
及び環境・衛生、設置機器のモニタリング
に異常が発生した際のアラートシステムに
ついての提案に含むこと。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の導
入計画物品の一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求
要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライ
ブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年11月28日から令和7年
1月15日まで。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年12月16日10時30分
(2) 開催場所 広島大学病院 臨床管理棟2階

5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に
よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。
6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The facility must be available as a cell
culture processing facility for cell pro-
cessing and storage associated with the
provision of processed cells including re-
generative medicines. (Excluding equip-
ment requirements for facilities such as
isolators and incubators).
② The facility must meet the require-
ments of the latest regulations such as the
“Act on Quality, Efficacy and Safety As-
surance of Pharmaceuticals and Medical
Devices” and the “Act on the Safety of
Regenerative Medicine.” and their mi-
nisterial ordinances, enforcement rules,
notices, administrative communications,
and other related regulations, guidelines,
etc. issued by academic societies (Exclud-
ing equipment requirements for facilities
such as isolators and incubators).
③ Propose the facility considering that
two rooms for cell processing and cultur-
ing (equivalent to Grade B).
④ The proposed cell culture and process-
ing facility should be proposed so that the
zoning of the cleanliness class, the flow
line based on the zoning, and the room
pressure difference in each room can be
identified.
⑤ Monitoring of the clean room environ-
ment and hygiene (temperature, humid-
ity, room pressure, number of suspended
particles, and other necessary items), mo-
nitoring of installed equipment (isolators,
safety cabinets, incubators, refrigerators,
freezers, and liquid nitrogen storage co-
ntainers), and monitoring of the environ-
ment and hygiene and installed equip-
ment necessary for the operation of the
cell culture and processing facility should
be conducted. The proposal shall include
an alert system in case of any abnormali-
ty in the monitoring of the environment,
sanitation, and installed equipment.
