による。
(4) 納入期間 令和7年4月2日 (令和7年3
月使用分の定例検針日の翌日) から令和10年

(6) 入札方法 落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額 (総価) に当該金額の10パー
セントに相当する額を加算した金額 (当該金
額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数
金額を切り捨てるものとする。) をもって落札
価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方
消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者
であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の
110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載す
ること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 独立行政法人国立美術館契約事務取扱規則
第5条及び第6条の規定に該当しない者であ
ること。
(2) 国の競争参加資格 (全省庁統一資格) にお
いて令和6年度に近畿地域の「物品の販売」
のA、B又はCの等級に格付けされている者
であること。
(3) 文部科学省及び独立行政法人国立美術館か
ら取引停止の措置を受けている期間中の者で
ないこと。
(4) ガス事業法第3条の規定に基づきガス小売
事業者としての登録を得ている者であるこ
と。
(5) 暴力団又は暴力団関係者ではなく、かつ暴
力団又は暴力団関係者と社会的に非難される
べき関係を有していない者であり、「暴力団排
除に関する誓約書」に誓約できる者であるこ
と。

qualifications during fiscal 2024 in the
Kinki area for sales of the product
(standardized qualification for all minis-
tries and agencies),
C Be registered as a gas retailer in accor-
dance with Article 3 of the Gas Business
Act.
