資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品等の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

1 調達内容

(2) 導入計画物品及び数量 情報システム運用管理業務 一式

(4) 導入期限 令和8年1月1日から令和11年12月31日まで。
(5) 要求要件
① 病院情報システム（HIS）の運用管理および利用者への支援業務を行うこと。
② HISの利用を除く、利用者に対する情報システム全般のヘルプデスク業務を行うこと。
③ システム基盤はセンター内に留まらず外部データセンターやクラウドサービス、仮想化基盤、VDI環境などから構成される運用支援業務ができること。
④ 当センター職員が公的医療機関、および研究機関としての業務を遂行できるように、高い専門性と意識を持って業務に従事すること。
⑤ 当センターのセキュリティ方針を遵守して業務を行うこと。
2 資料の提供方法 上記の物品等に関する一般的な参考資料その他の資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年11月19日から令和6年12月19日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更する事があり得る。
5 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27
(2) Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased: System Management and Operation work 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement: Comprehensive evaluation bidding system
(4) Contract period: January 1 2026 through December 31 2029
(5) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① Operate the hospital information system and support their users.
② General support to our staff for information systems without the hospital information system.
③ Operating support for the system infrastructure in the external data center and cloud services, corresponding to the virtual server and the VDI environment.
④ Work with high level specialty and awareness so that our staff can carry out their tasks as a public medical institution.
⑤ Comply with our security policy in the operation.
⑥ Work along with the operation manual and seek improvement in the routine work.
⑦ Monitor network systems and recover from failures.
(6) Method of Providing Documentation Invite the provision of general reference materials and other materials regarding the above items.
(7) Time-limit for the submission of the requested material: 5:00 P.M. 19 December 2024
