1 調達内容
(1)品目分類番号26
(2)購入等件名及び数量北見工業大学で使用する電気一式
(3)調達件名の特質等入札説明書による。
(4)納入期限令和7年4月1日から令和8年3月31日
(5)納入場所理事長が指定する場所(北見市内3箇所)
(6)入札方法入札金額は各社において設定する契約電力に対する単価を記載すること(小数点以下を含むことができる)。落札の決定は、本学が提示する予定使用電力量の対価を入札書に記載された入札金額に従って計算した総価で行うので、当該総価を上記の単価と併せて記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1)国立大学法人北海道国立大学機構契約事務取扱規程第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)において令和6年度に北海道地域の「物品の販売」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされている者であること。なお、当該競争参加資格については、令和6年3月29日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(3)電気事業法第2条の2の規程に基づき小売り電気事業の登録を受けている者であること。
(4)本公告に示した物品を理事長が指定する日時、場所に十分に納入することができることを証明した者であること。
(5)省CO₂化の要素を考慮する観点から、入札説明書に記載する基準を満たす者であること。
(6)理事長から取引停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。

those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the
Regulation concerning the Contract for
National University Corporation
Hokkaido Higher Education and Re-
search System Furthermore, minors, Per-
son under Conservatorship or Person un-
der Assistance that obtained the consent
necessary for concluding a contract may
be applicable under cases of special rea-
sons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C
qualification during fiscal 2024 in the
Hokkaido area in sales of product for
participating in tenders by Single qualifi-
cation for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the
products, required by this notice, on the
date and to the place specified by the Ob-
ligating Officer,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in
the tender manual that are stated from
the viewpoint of reducing CO₂.
E not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by The Ob-
ligating Officer, National University Cor-
poration Hokkaido Higher Education
and Research System.
