A 附属図書館で受け入れる冊子体、CD-ROM、DVD等の学術図書・雑誌のデジタル入力ができること（カラーページの入力及びOCR機能を含む）。
B ビデオ図書・教材等のデジタルマルチメディア入力及び管理が可能であること。
C デジタル化された図書情報及びビデオ情報を含むデジタルマルチメディア情報を蓄積するための大容量ファイルサーバ機能を有すること。
D デジタル化された図書・雑誌に対する二次情報を用いた検索及び全文テキストを用いた全文検索機能を有すること。
E 図書館業務を支援する機能を有すること。
F デジタル化された図書情報及びデジタルマルチメディア情報を閲覧する機能を有すること。
G 会議室内及び遠隔地との間で映像・音声を共有する機能を有すること。
H NACSI S-CAT等の外部データベースを利用するため、インターネットへの接続機能を有すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年11月1日から令和6年12月6日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。メール添付可。
4 説明会の開催 本公告に基づく導入説明会を開催する。

6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 14

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The System has a function for digitizing books, journals, and other printed documents with color pages and converting them into text by using image scanners and OCRs. The system also has a function for handling digital storage media such as CD-ROM and DVD.
B Educational/scientific multimedia materials are digitized and stored into the system in order to provide users via computer networks.
C The system contains a file server for storing multimedia data including image, text, video, and composite multimedia.
D The system can retrieve the proper documents by a full-text search using the whole text part of documents, as well as by an index search.
E The system supports the management and operations of the library.
F Users can read/watch the digitized materials through the system.
G The system has a function to share video and audio in the conference room and between the conference room and a remote location.
H The system provides the connectivity to the Internet to access external databases such as NACSIS-CAT.
