C 会計業務の円滑な遂行と効率的な運営が図れること。
D 本学が所有するシステムとのインターフェースを有すること。
E 万全な導入支援体制、障害支援体制及び教育訓練体制が整備されていること。
F システムの安全性、安定性が確保されていること。
G 電子決裁機能又は他電子決裁システムとの連携機能を有していること。(導入の要否については検討中)
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年11月1日から令和6年12月10日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公告に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年11月12日14時00分
(2) 開催場所 富山大学事務局会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 14
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent: Financial Accounting System 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement: Rent
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The structure of the system must be based on the Accounting Standard for National University Corporation.
B The structure must be equivalent to the scale and form of university system.
C The structure must attempt a smooth accomplishment of the accounting business and efficient management.
D The organization must have interfaces for connecting to systems in Toyama University.
E A sure system of introduction support must be arranged; and
F The safety and security of the system must be guaranteed.
G The system must be equipped an electronic approval function or a linkage function with other electronic approval systems (this requirement is subject to change.)
(5) Time limit for the submission of the requested material: 17:00 10 December, 2024
