次のとおり一般競争入札に付す。

(5) 入札方法 落札者の決定に当たっては、最
低価格落札方式をもって行う。
① 入札者が提出する入札書は、調達件名に
かかる直接経費の他、機材、資材、機械器
具、運搬費等、業務委託に要する一切の諸
経費を含め、契約金額を見積もるものとす
る。
② 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ
れた金額に当該金額の100分の10に相当す
る額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満
の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り
捨てた金額とする。)をもって落札価格とす
るので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であ
るかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額の
110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載
すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 国立研究開発法人国立がん研究センター契
約事務取扱細則第6条の規定に該当しない者
であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は
被補助人であっても、契約締結のために必要
な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由
がある場合に該当する。
(2) 国立研究開発法人国立がん研究センター契
約事務取扱細則第7条の規定に該当しない者
であること。
(3) 資格審査結果通知書(全省庁統一資格)「物
品の販売」においてA、B又はCの等級に格
付され、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を
有する者であること。
(4) 国立研究開発法人国立がん研究センター契
約事務取扱細則第5条の規定に基づき、理事
長等が定める資格を有する者であること。

参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する
書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の前
日までの間において、理事長等から当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 6 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause;
② not come under Article 7 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center;
③ have Grade A, B or C in “Selling” for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region;
④ join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen’s insurance, national pension, worker’s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years
(7) Time-limit for tender: 5:00 P.M. December 24, 2024
