A 高線量率リモートアフターローディング
放射線治療システムであること。
B 低線量率密封小線源システムであるこ
と。
C 密封小線源治療計画用で金属アーチファ
クト低減再構成できる自走式X線CT装置
を有すること。
D 患者支持器は手術台であること。
E 密封小線源位置確認用のX線装置を有す
ること。
F 密封小線源治療計画用の超音波装置を有
すること。
G 密封小線源治療計画システムを有するこ
と。
H 当院既存のネットワークシステムとオン
ライン運用できること。
I 密封小線源治療を実施するために必要な
周辺機器を有すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年10月7日から令和6年
11月22日まで
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会は
開催しない。
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に
よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be pro-

purchased: Brachytherapy system 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement : Purchase
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system should be a high dose rate
remote controlled after loading radiot-
herapy system.
B The system should be a low dose rate
brachytherapy system.
C The system must have a self-propelled
X-ray CT system capable of metal ar-
tifact reduction reconstruction for use in
brachytherapy planning.
D The patient support device must be an
operating table.
E The system must have an X-ray ma-
chine capable of fluoroscopy and ra-
diography to confirm the radiation
source location.
F The system must have an ultrasound
device for use in brachytherapy treat-
ment planning.
G The system must have a brachytherapy
treatment planning device.
H The system must connect an existing
network system. (Hospital information
system and Radiotherapy information
system are existing networks.)
I Must have the necessary instruments
and equipment to perform brachythe-
rapy.
