次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 大規模計算サーバー、メールサーバー、ファイルサーバー、ホームページサーバー、データ解析・数式処理サーバー、ログインサーバー及びネットワーク機器等より構成され、UNIX環境で運用されること。
B 大規模計算サーバーは本研究所が所有する現有システム(Yukawa-21、ピーク性能1.3PFlops)に対応し、現システムの約2倍(2.5~2.8PFlops)以上のピーク性能で演算処理出来ること。
C 大規模計算サーバーは複数演算ノードから構成され、全体で100TB以上の主記憶容量を有すること。
D 大規模計算サーバーは自動並列化機能、共有メモリ型並列化機能及びメッセージパッシング型並列化機能を有するFORTRAN言語、C言語及びC++言語の処理系を備えていること。並列化されたLAPACK等の汎用数値計算ライブラリを有すること。
E 現システムユーザが作成したプログラムなどの現有資産の移行が容易であること。
F システムは無停電電源装置を備えていること。
G 各サーバーは、高速なネットワークで相互接続されること。
H 電源設備は現有のAC200V三相60Hz 230KVA、AC100/200V単相60Hz40KVAの範囲内に収まること。また、占有面積は大小の部屋をあわせて約113平方メートル以内、耐床荷重500kg/平方メートル以下であること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年9月26日から令和6年10月29日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。

5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 14
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent: Computer System for Theoretical Physics 1 Set
(3) Type of the procurement: Rent
(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The product should be composed of the following sub-systems: Large Scale Computation Server, Mail Server, File Server, Web Server, Data analysis and formula manipulation Servers, Login sever, and Network system. The system must be operated under the Unix environment.
B Large Scale Computation Server means the counterpart of the currently working system, Yukawa-21 (with the peak performance 1.3 PFlops), and has to possess the peak performance at least 2 times higher (i.e., 2.5-2.8 PFlops) than the current system.
C Large Scale Computation Server is composed of multiple nodes and its total memory must be 100TB or more.
D Fortran, C, and C++ compilers which have automatic parallelizing, shared memory parallelizing, and message passing parallelizing must be installed on Large Scale Computation Server. Also, parallelized general-purpose libraries for numerical analysis such as LAPACK must be provided.
E The existing resources, such as the programs developed by the users of the current system, must be easily moved to the offered product.
F The system must have UPS's.
G All the sub-systems must be connected with high-speed network.
H The power supply unit must be within the limit of the current one (AC200V three-phase 60Hz 230KVA, AC100/200V single-phase 60Hz 40KVA). Also, the entire system should be able to be accommodated by two rooms (one large and one small, the total area 113 m², and the maximum load weigh 500 kg/m²).
