次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A DC、RF又はDC/RF併用マグネトロンスパッタリング法により、300mmΦウエハ上に薄膜の堆積を超高空背圧下で3種類以上のガスを導入できること。
B 12元以上のカソードを有し、2元以上のカソードを同時に放電させることによる同時スパッタリング成膜ができること。
C 高真空中で100℃~300℃の範囲を含む任意の温度でウエハを加熱して成膜する機構を有すること。
D 高真空下で金属あるいは酸化物が形成された300mmΦウエハの表面をプラズマ又はイオンビームでドライエッチングできること。
E 既装置に接続可能であり、プログラム制御によりウエハを既装置から搬送し、連続してエッチングと成膜の自動処理ができること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年10月3日10時00分
(2) 開催場所 オンライン開催とする。(詳細は、導入説明書による。)
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured: 24
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased: High-speed Nonvolatile Memory Processing System 1 Set

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Thin film can be deposited by DC and/or RF magnetron sputtering on 300 mmΦ wafer using more than three type of gases under ultra high vacuum back ground pressure.
B More than 12 cathodes are equipped and Co-sputtering deposition using more than 2 cathodes is possible.
C Temperature of substrate can be controlled at any temperature in the range including 100~300°C during deposition.
D Thin film on 300 mmΦ wafer can be dry etched by plasma or ion beam under high vacuum back ground pressure.
E Connectable with High-speed Non-volatile Memory Fabrication System and capable to deposit and etch 300 mmΦ substrate transferred from the system by program control.
