2 公募に参加する者に必要な資格に関する事項
(1) 国立大学法人名古屋工業大学の契約事務取扱規則第4条及び第5条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 国の競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において令和6年度に東海・北陸地域の「物品の販売」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされている者であること。なお、当該競争参加資格については、令和6年3月29日付け政府調達第58号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(3) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売電気事業の登録を受けている者であること。
(4) 本公告に示した物品を契約担当役が指定する日時、場所に十分納入することができる者であること。
(5) 省CO₂化の要素を考慮する観点から、公募要領に記載する基準を満たす者であること。
(6) 中部電力ミライズ株式会社の以下プランを適用した場合の総額より安価で供給できる者であること。
なお、各プランには、契約継続割引（割引適用2年目1.5%）がかかる。

④ 狭間団地 高圧業務用電力TOU
※燃料費調整額は、中部電力ミライズ株式会社が燃料費調整単価より割引く負担軽減策を実施した場合はその同額とする。
3 参加意思確認書等の提出場所等

4 その他
(1) 応募者があった場合は、応募書類等を確認し、適合者があったときは競争入札（一般競争）を実施する。
※参加意思確認書添付書類の受領後、中部電力ミライズ株式会社の以下プラン適用料金の総額と比較し、有利と認められない場合には一般競争入札は行わないので留意すること。
なお、各プランには、契約継続割引（割引適用2年目1.5%）がかかる。

• Electricity to use at Nagoya Institute of Technology Chikusa campus Electricity contract 41kW The estimated Electricity for the year 138,084kWh
• Electricity to use at Nagoya Institute of Technology Hazama campus Electricity contract 52kW The estimated Electricity for the year 177,362kWh
(4) Delivery period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026
(5) Delivery place : Nagoya Institute of Technology
(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Nagoya Institute of Technology,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tokai · Hokuriku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C A person who is registered as are retail electricity business based on the provisions of Article2-2 of the Electricity Business Act,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO₂,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General,
F prove to have the ability to supply at a lower price than the total cost of the following plans applied by Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Company, Incorporated: Each plan is subject to a contract renewal discount (1.5% in the second year the discount is applied).
• Gokiso campus-the extra-high voltage business electricity type 1 (Standard voltage 20kV or 30kV) plan B
• Tajimi campus-the high voltage business electricity FR plan B
• Chikusa campus-the high voltage business electricity TOU
• Hazama campus-the high voltage business electricity TOU
