資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 12名の患者の診療情報、生体情報を詳細に記録できること。
B 病院情報システムと必要な情報を交換できること。
C 病院情報システムのすべての端末よりウェブブラウザなどの技術を用いて、操作、閲覧できること。
D 15年間分の症例データを確実に保存できること。
E 任意の指標により患者を検索できること。
F 現行システムの診療記録を検索、閲覧できること。
G 集中治療部内の輸液ポンプ、シリンジポンプ等と通信し、薬品名、輸液速度などを自動取り込みできること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年9月20日13時30分
(2) 開催場所 浜松医科大学外来棟4階会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A All clinical information and vital signs of 12 ICU patients should be precisely recorded.
B This system enables to exchange clinical information to the hospital information system.
C A user enables to access to this system via any terminal computer of the hospital information system with a technology such as Web Browser.
D All clinical information for 15 years should be kept.
E This system enables to search records according to optional key words.
F All clinical data in the current system are available via this system.
G This system enables to exchange information to all infusion pumps and syringe pumps in the ICU.
