2 競争参加資格 次の要件をいずれも満たす者とする。
(1) 「競争参加資格審査等事務取扱要領」(平成15年10月1日付け15農畜機第152号一4)第6条及び第7条に該当しない者であること。
(2) 入札時において、令和4・5・6年度全省庁統一資格における物品の販売の「電子計算機類」及び役務の提供等の「情報処理」に登録されている者であって、「C」以上に格付けされている者であること。又は、令和4・5・6年度独立行政法人農畜産業振興機構競争参加資格における物品の販売の「電子計算機類」及び役務の提供等の「情報処理」に登録されている者であること。
(3) 入札説明書を交付期間内に受領していること。

(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争の参加に必要な資格のない者の入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(4) 落札者の決定方法 独立行政法人農畜産業振興機構の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で、契約事務責任者が提案依頼書で示す要求事項のうち必須項目の最低限の要求をすべて満たしている提案をした入札者の中から、契約事務責任者が定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を定めるものとする。
