(1) Items and Quantities for the Implementation Plan
a) Legacy Telephone Infrastructure-Complete Set (If a 6 year maintenance service can be provided, it is acceptable to propose continued use of the existing equipment.)
• Legacy Telephone Exchange (1 unit)
The current exchange (Fujitsu LEGEND-V) is assumed to be continued for use with the premise that it will receive 6 years of maintenance service starting from January 2026. However, if there is a more cost-effective and forward-looking proposal, information on it is requested.
• Disaster Preparedness Telephone Exchange (1 unit) ※ Existing equipment is planned to be continued for use.
• Trunk Line Relay Units (3 units)
• Call Charge Management System (1 unit)
• Call History Management System (1 unit)
• Voice Response and Call Holding System (1 unit)
• PHS Antennas (300 units) ※ Continuation of existing equipment is preferred.
• Disaster Preparedness Telephones (5 units) ※ Continuation of existing equipment is preferred.
• FAX Machines (50 units) ※ Continuation of existing equipment is preferred.
• Analog Telephones (50 units)
• PHS Handsets (900 units) ※ Continuation of existing equipment is preferred.

• Licenses for Black-ROM Smartphones for IP Telephone Exchange (200 licenses)

• SIP Client Function for Smartphones (1 set)
• Nurse Call System Connections (33 locations)
