1 調達内容

(6)入札方法落札者の決定は、総合評価落札
方式をもつて行うので、提案に係る性能、機
能、技術等に関する書類(以下「総合評価の
ための書類」という。)を提出すること。なお、
落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された
金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額
を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数
があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるも
のとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入
札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事
業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、
見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する
金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1)国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契約事務
取扱細則第3条及び第4条の規定に該当しない
者であること。
(2)国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)又は
国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の競争参加資
格のいずれかにおいて令和6年度に東海・北
陸地域の「役務の提供等」のA、B又はC等
級に格付けされている者であること。なお、
国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)につい
ては、令和6年3月29日付け号外政府調達第
58号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示
の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受
け付けており、東海国立大学機構の競争参加
資格については、東海国立大学機構財務部財
務課にて随時受け付けている。
(3)本公告に示した物品を第三者をして貸付け
ようとする者にあっては、当該物品を自ら貸
付けできる能力を有するとともに、第三者を
して貸付けできる能力を有することを証明し
た者、借入物品に係るメンテナンスの体制が
整備されていることを証明した者であるこ
と。
(4)国立大学法人東海国立大学機構の契約事務
取扱細則第5条の規定に基づき、機構長が定
める資格を有する者であること。
(5)機構長から取引停止の措置を受けている期
間中の者でないこと。

(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に総合
評価のための書類及び本公告に示した物品を
納入できることを証明する書類を添付して入
札書の受領期限までに提出しなければならな
い。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間におい
て、機構長から当該書類に関し説明を求めら
れた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
5 Summary

(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System,
C prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
D meet the qualification requirements which Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Chancellor, National University Corporation, Tokai National Higher Education and Research System.
