2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度防衛省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において、九州地域の競
争参加資格を有する者のうち、「物品の販売」
のA、B、C又はD等級に格付けされている
者であること。

(1) 入札及び契約手続において使用する言語及
び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書のほか
に必要な証明書等を指定する期日までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の期
日までの間において、契約担当官から当該書
類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反し
た入札は無効とする。

② Not come under article 71 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting.
③ Have grade A, B, C and D on “Sale of Items” in the Kyushu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in JFY 2022,2023 and 2024.
