(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
① 本システムを令和7年3月までに既存システムから切り替えて、安定稼働させること。
② 当院で現在稼働中の外来患者呼出システムの機能及び、現行の外来運用を踏襲した新システムを導入すること。
③ システムの拡張性を考慮し、新システムは専用機器を使用せず、スマートフォン等を使用した案内システムであること。
④ 当院の電子カルテシステム（新版オーカルテ）とシステム連携を行い、要件を満たすこと。
⑤ 提案するシステムは、国内で開発されたものであり、画面表示、マスタ等の設定において、日本語で内容を理解できるものになっていること。
⑥ 現在の当院の外来運用を把握した上で、新システムの提案を行い、病院より承認を得ること。
⑦ 現在の外来運用にて抱えている問題点をヒアリングし、新システムにて解消すること。
⑧ 政府が取り組みを進めている医療DXを踏まえたシステムであること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年7月25日から令和6年8月25日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary

(5) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① This system will be replaced from the existing system by March 2025 and will be operated stably
② To introduce the functions of the outpatient call system currently in operation at our hospital and a new system that follows the current outpatient operation
③ In consideration of the scalability of the system, the new system is a guidance system that uses a smartphone without using dedicated equipment
④ The system must be linked with our hospital's electronic medical record system (new version of e-medical record) and meet the requirements
⑤ The proposed system was developed in Japan, and the contents can be understood in Japanese in the screen display, master settings, etc.
⑥ After understanding the current outpatient operation of our hospital, we will propose a new system and obtain approval from the hospital
⑦ Listen to the problems that are being faced with the current outpatient operation and solve them with the new system
⑧ The system must be based on the medical DX that the government is working on.
