5 Summary

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B or C on “manufacture of product” or “sale of product” in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders
by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
⑤ who should have receive the tender documentation directly
