(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
A not come under Article 47 and 48 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Akita University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tohoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Divices, to initiate business of selling a medical instrument,
E prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligator Officer,
F meet the qualification requirements which Chief Accounting Officer may specify in accordance with Article 49 of the Regulation,
G not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of The National University Corporation Akita University.
