(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 中央スイッチ、エッジスイッチの二段構成からなるスター型ネットワークとして構成すること。
B 中央スイッチとエッジスイッチ間のネットワークは10Gbpsのネットワークとして構成し、末端機器に対してはUTP接続による1Gbpsの接続を提供すること。
C 中央スイッチおよびエッジスイッチはVLAN機能を有し、ネットワーク構成を柔軟に変更可能なこと。
D 信頼性と可用性を維持するために、冗長化を図ることが可能な機能を有すること。
E 複数のVLANにおいて、DHCPリレーエージェント機能を有すること。
F MACアドレス認証機能を有すること。
G 必要な場所に充分なセキュリティを備えた暗号化機能および認証VLAN機能を有する無線LANアクセスポイントを設置すること。
H ネットワーク監視装置を有し、機器の通信状態を常時監視し、機器の故障や異常な通信を自動的に通知できる機能を備えること。
I 運用管理において、十分な省力化及び自動化が達成されていること。
J 省エネルギー、省スペース、温度対策及び低騒音化が考慮されていること。
K 障害や瑕疵に対して迅速、かつ、的確に対応可能な保守・サービス体制が整っていること。
5 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system needs to be constituted by a two network that has two steps composition: a central switch, and an edge switch.
B The system needs to be constituted by a 10 Gbps between central switch to edge switch, and provide 1 Gbps by UTP connection to terminals.
C A central switch and an edge switch have each independent VLAN function and being able to change network composition flexibly.
D It is to be desired that redundant configurations are adopted as the system structure, to improve both the reliability and the availability of the system.
E A central switch and an edge switch have function for DHCP relay agent on multiple VLAN.
F A central switch and an edge switch have authentication for Mac Address.
G The system requires that access points of wireless LAN should have the encryption function equipped with sufficient security and dynamic VLAN function for required places.
H The network should have some surveillance equipment which always supervise the communication state of apparatus, and the results of surveillance can be notified automatically in apparatus failure and unusual communication.
I It is to be considered that an effective automation of operation management of the system economizes on manpower.
J It is to be considered that the system has the distinction of energy conservation, space saving, temperature control and low noise level.
K The maintenance and technical services should be promptly and precisely provided for the system, in case of a failure of the system.
