(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
① Ir-192線源を用いた密封小線源治療装置
であること。
② 効率的かつ正確に密封小線源治療が可能
なシステムであること。
③ 数種類のアプリケータの接続が可能で、
高精度の密封小線源治療が可能なシステム
であること。
④ DICOM規格によるCR、CT、MRI画像データによる治療計画が可能であ
り、複数の最適化計算ができること。
⑤ 既存の撮影装置および治療情報システム
(RIS)との接続可能であること。
⑥ 停電等緊急時においても、患者の安全性
が保たれるシステムであること。
⑦ 密封小線源治療に係る周辺機器(線源強
度測定用線量計、治療寝台、Cアーム、超
音波装置)を含むこと。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年6月26日から令和6年
8月13日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 その他 この導入計画詳細は資料提供説明書
による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更
することがあり得る。
5 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be

purchased: Remote After Loading System

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The system must be a sealed brac-
hytherapy device using an IR-192 source
② The system must be able to perform
brachytherapy efficiently and accurately
③ The system can be connected to sever-
al types of applicators and is capable of
high-precision brachytherapy
④ Treatment planning based on CR, CT,
and MRI image data based on DICOM
standards is possible, and multiple op-
timization calculations can be performed
⑤ Connectivity with existing imaging
equipment and Therapy Information Sys-
tem (RIS)
⑥ The system must maintain patient safe-
ty even in the event of an emergency,
such as a power outage
⑦ Peripheral equipment related to brac-
hytherapy (dosimeter for measuring
source intensity, treatment bed, C-arm,
ultrasound device) should be included
