③ Have the qualification of perticipating in Kanto and Koshinetsu Area with graded A, B or C of “Manufacturing” or “Selling” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have registered as a retail electricity utility in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender documentation that are stated from the viewpoint of conservating energy and reducing CO₂.
⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government and keeps the state.
