次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 本学の現行の情報通信ネットワークシステム(YUnet)は平成30年度に構築され、学内の教育研 究活動に広く供されている。しかしながら機器の老朽化が進み、今後も安全で安定なネットワーク接続を維持していくためには、YUnetを構成する機器の更新が必要である。
B 導入を計画しているネットワークシステムは、基幹スイッチ、支線スイッチ、エッジスイッチ、各種ルータ、ネットワーク管理・監視システム、各種セキュリティ装置から構成される。
C 本学は、小白川、飯田、米沢、鶴岡の4キャンパスを有しているので、これらのキャンパス間接続を考慮すること。
D システム全体は安定かつ省力化した管理・運用が可能であること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公告に基づく導入説明会を開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年5月23日14時00分
(2) 開催場所 山形大学法人本部4階第二会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the the products to be procured : 15, 28
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Yamagata University Information Network System 1 set

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Yamagata University Information Network System (YUnet) has provided the network connection services for the educational and research activities since FY 2018. The aging network devices of the system should be replaced to keep the security and stability of the network services.
B The network system to be procured should be composed of core network switches, faculty area network switches, edge switches, routing devices, network management and monitoring systems, and equipments for network security.
C Since Yamagata University has 4 campuses at Kojirakawa area, Iida area, Yonezawa area and Tsuruoka area, these campuses should be connected each other via YUnet and SINET6.
D The whole system must be highly reliable and work-saving, and can be operated easily.
