次のとおり物品等の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件 第5次通関情報総合判定システム（以下「第5次CIS」という。）の後継CIS（以下「新CIS」という。）を検討しているところ、新CISのコンセプト及び開発スケジュールを示し、コンセプトの実現及びモダン化の推進を実施するための検討手法について情報提供すること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品等に関する下記4の説明会に於いて要請する資料等の提供を招請する。
(1) 資料等の提供期限 令和6年6月19日17時00分（郵送の場合は必着のこと。）

3 導入説明書等の交付
(1) 交付期間 令和6年5月9日から令和6年6月18日まで
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
(3) 交付条件 導入説明書を交付するにあたり、本件導入計画物品の機密保持の必要性から、本件招請に係る「機密保持に関する誓約書」を提出した者に対してのみ、導入説明書を交付する。
4 その他 この導入計画の詳細は資料提供招請説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。
5 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27
(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : New Customs Intelligent Database System (New CIS), 1 Set.
(3) Basic requirements of the procurement : It is under consideration for upgrading the current 5th Customs Intelligent Database System to the New CIS. Present the concept and development schedule for the New CIS, and provide information on study methods to realize its concept and promote modernization.
(4) Time-limit for the submission of the requested material : 5 : 00 PM, June 19, 2024.
