次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(5) 納入期間 契約締結日の翌日から2025年2月28日までとする。各納入場所への納入日については契約締結後に発注者より別途指示するものとする。
(6) 入札方法 落札決定にあたっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を四捨五入するものとします。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
入札書に記載する金額は、総価（総価は、1円の位まで計上できるものとする。）にて記載すること。
(7) 本件は、電子契約によることができる。（詳細は入札（見積）者に対する指示書を参照）
2 競争参加資格
(1) 当社ホームページに掲載の「中日本高速道路株式会社契約規則」第11条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 令和6年6月28日（金）までに以下の書類（以下「申請書等」という。）を提出し、一般競争入札参加資格の必要条件を満たすことの確認を受けた者であること。
① 競争参加資格確認申請書（様式1）
② 商業登記簿謄本の写し
③ 直近の財務諸表類（貸借対照表、損益計算書、株主資本等変動計算書及び注記表）
④ 過去3ヶ月以内に発行された納税証明書の写し（その3・その3の2・その3の3のうち、いずれか一枚）
⑤ 会社の経歴を記載した書類
(3) 上記(2)に示す申請書等の提出期限から開札の日までの期間に資格登録停止又は取引停止を受けている期間中でないこと。
(4) 入札に参加しようとする者の間に資本関係又は人的関係がないこと。

5 Summary

(4) Delivery period: From the day following the date of contract execution to February 28, 2025. The date of delivery to each site shall be separately indicated by the ordering party after the conclusion of the contract.

(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 4:00P.M June 28, 2024. (by registered mail till 4:00P.M June 28, 2024)
• Copy of the commercial register
• The latest financial statements
• Copy of certificate of tax payment
• Document describing the company career
③ have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
④ not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders.
