次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6) 入札方法
① 入札金額は、総価を記載すること。
② 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ
れた金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当
する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
り捨てた金額とする。）をもって落札価格と
するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費
税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者で
あるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額
の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記
載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度における物品の製造・
販売等に係る競争契約の参加資格（以下「全
省庁統一資格」という。）の「物品の製造」又
は「物品の販売」のいずれかで「A」、「B」
又は「C」等級に格付けされている者である
こと。
(4) その他独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇
用支援機構契約担当役理事が別に定める資格
を有することを証明した者であること。
