次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 本システムは、本学の教務事務の主幹システムで、教務システム、授業料債権管理システム、授業料免除システム等で構成されている。
B 利用者（学生約8,000人、教職員約3,000人）の利便性を考慮したシステムであること。一般的な教務事務に加え、履修登録、成績入力、閲覧・開示等の業務が統合されたシステムであり、優れた性能、可用性、保守性を実現していること。
C 学生ニーズを踏まえた学生向けポータルとしての運用を考慮して設計されていること。モバイル端末で視認・操作が容易なインタフェースを持つこと。
D 他の情報システムとの連携、将来の機能拡張が容易であるように、データベースやインタフェース設計が配慮されていること。
E 以上のシステムは、本学の学内ネットワークと高いセキュリティで接続されるクラウド上に構築されること。設計にあたっては最新のセキュリティを十分に配慮したシステムであること。
F 定期点検等を除き、年間を通じて終日運用が可能であり、これに対する保守体制が整備されていること。また、障害発生時等の場合には迅速かつ万全な対応が可能であること。
2 資料及びコメント並びに提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能な製品やサービスに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system is an integrated system of teaching affairs in our university. It consists of a teaching affairs system, a tuition fee receivable management system, a tuition exemption system, and so on.
B The system is designed for convenience and ease of use for 8,000 students and 3,000 faculty staff members. The system can manage general teaching affairs, registration of courses and grading records, and display processed data with suitable authentications. The system must keep a high performance and availability, sufficient maintainability.
C The system is designed with operations as a portal for students based on student needs in consideration. The system must have a visual interface optimized for browsing on a mobile terminal or a smartphone.
D The databases and application program interfaces in the system should be designed to link other information systems easily.
E The system should be provided on a suitable cloud platform to ensure high information security in connection with our campus network. The system must be designed with full consideration of the latest security measures.
F Non-stop operation must be sustained throughout the year, except for periodic inspections. An appropriate maintenance system should be provided. A prompt recovery operation is required in case of a trouble, incident, or accident.
