次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

(4) 導入目的 本システムは、本学蛋白質研究
所で推進される蛋白質科学研究分野での最先
端の研究、共同利用・共同研究に必要な計算
資源の提供、ならびに、蛋白質構造データバ
ンク（PDB）におけるデータの登録業務・
配布業務・検索サービスや各種測定機器類か
らの膨大なデータ転送に必要な、高速かつ安
定したセキュアな情報通信ネットワークを提
供するものである。
(5) 導入予定時期 令和8年3月以降
(6) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A 本システムは、蛋白質科学研究を遂行す
るための計算サーバーおよびその管理シス
テムを主な構成要素とすること。
B 本システムは、蛋白質科学研究を遂行す
るためのデータベースサーバーおよびその
管理システムを含むこと。
C 本システムは、本研究所において一般的
に使用されているシステムとの必要十分な
親和性を有したものであること。基本的な
ソフトウェアとして、Linuxオペレーティ
ングシステムやWindowsオペレーティン
グシステム、macOSオペレーティングシ
ステムを対象としており、Linuxオペレー
ティングシステムのもとで動作するソフト
ウェア開発環境等についても、これを備え
ていること。
D 本システムを安全かつ安定に運用できる
ネットワーク構成・保守体制であること。
E すべての構成機器を同時に起動した場合
でも必要十分な性能を発揮できること。
F システム管理・運用面において、省力化
が図られているとともに、管理・運用の体
制が整えられていること。また、省エネル
ギー、低騒音化に対する配慮がなされてい
ること。
G ある構成機器に障害が発生した場合で
も、自己回復もしくは接続遮断する事に
よって、他の構成機器への影響を与えない
ようなシステム設計であること。
H 迅速かつ的確な障害対応を保証する保守
体制であること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(6)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

4 説明会の開催 本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に
よる。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。
6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system consists of (a) server(s) and distributed management systems for protein sciences.
B The system must have (a) server(s) for databases and its management systems for protein sciences.
C Computer(s) in the system must run on Linux operating system and work with Linux operating system, Windows operating system and macOS operating system. The computer(s) in the system has(have) software development environment.
D The system must have secure and stable network and reliable administration and maintenance system.
E Total performance of the system must be high enough to provide designed capability even if all equipment in the system operate in the same time.
F The administration and operation system must be prepared while laborsaving is taken into account. Low power consumption and prevention of noise is also to be considered.
G Equipment of the system must be capable of self-recovering or disconnection when troubled in order to attain fault tolerance of the system.
H Maintenance service must be assured for quick and precise troubleshooting.
