資料提供招請に関する公表
次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

テム（IVR-C T）一式

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A X線血管撮影装置とCT装置を備え、共
通の検査寝台でシステム連携のもとに検査
と治療が行えること。
B 血管撮影装置はFPD検出器を搭載し、
CT装置は64列以上の多列検出器を搭載し
たIVR支援装置であること。
C 血管内治療を支援する機能や解析装置を
有すること。
D X線被曝を低減する機能を有すること。
E 当院のHIS、RIS及びPACSと接
続し情報の保存・送受信ができること。
F 患者情報保護のため、セキュリティ対策
及びシステムダウン対策が施されているこ
と。
G メーカー側に原因を有する装置の欠陥や
不具合などが、導入設置後に発覚した場合
は保守契約の有無にかかわらず、無償で交
換または修理などの対応を遅滞なく実施す
ること。
H 高知大学が用意した設備 (電気設備等)
以外に必要となる設備がある場合は、高知
大学と協議し、その指示に従い、費用は本
調達に含むものとする。また、配線工事等
において必要となる関連機器及び関連用品
は、本調達に含むものとする。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3 説明書の交付 本公告に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。
(1) 交付期間 令和6年4月19日から令和6年
6月5日まで。
(2) 交付場所 上記2(2)に同じ。
4 説明会の開催 本公告に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。
(1) 開催日時 令和6年4月26日15時00分
(2) 開催場所 高知大学医学部第1会議室
5 その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書に
よる。なお、本公告内容は予定であり、変更す
ることがあり得る。
6 Summary
(1) Classification of the products to be pro-

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system should be equipped with an
X-ray angiography system and a CT sys-
tem, and be able to perform examination
and treatment under system linkage on
the same examination bed.
B The angiography system should be
equipped with an FPD detector and the
CT system should be an interventional
radiology support system equipped with a
multi-row detector with 64 or more rows.
C The device must have functions and
analysis equipment to support endo-
vascular treatment.
D The system should have functions to
reduce X-ray exposure.
E Capable of performing respiratory-
synchronized scanning and re-
construction, and equipped with a system
that enables such functions.
F Security measures and system down
measures should be taken to protect pa-
tient information.
G If a defect or malfunction of the equip-
ment caused by the manufacturer is dis-
covered after installation, the equipment
must be replaced or repaired free of
charge without delay, regardless of whet-
her or not a maintenance contract is in
place.
H If there are additional facilities re-
quired beyond what Kochi University has
provided (electrical facilities, etc.), con-
sultation with Kochi University shall be
conducted, and the expenses shall be in-
cluded in this procurement. Additionally,
any relevant equipment and related sup-
plies required for wiring work, etc., shall
be included in this procurement.
