次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

1 調達内容
(1) 品目分類番号 14
(2) 購入等件名及び数量 本社・総合情報社内ネットワーク機器賃貸借契約（2024年度）一式
(3) 調達物品の特質等 入札説明書による。
(4) 契約期間 契約締結日の翌日から令和12年9月30日まで（機器に係る使用料については、令和6年10月1日からの請求とする）
(5) 借入場所 入札説明書による
(6) 入札方法 消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約希望金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。落札価格は、入札書記載金額に当該金額の100分の10に相当する額を加算した金額（1円未満の端数は切捨て）とする。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 阪神高速道路株式会社契約規則（平成23年阪神高速規則第10号）第6条各号に掲げる者に該当しないこと。
(2) 阪神高速道路株式会社取引停止事務処理要領（令和5年阪神高速細則第1号）に基づく取引停止の対象者に該当しない者であること。
(3) 競争参加資格確認申請書の提出時に次の①から④までの資料を提出した者であること。
① 商業・法人登記事項証明書の写し
② 営業経歴書
③ 財務諸表類
④ 納税証明書の写し
(4) 競争参加資格確認申請書の提出期限の日から開札時までの期間に当社から競争参加停止措置を受けていないこと。
(5) 競争参加資格確認申請書及び資料の提出期限日から開札時までの期間に阪神高速道路株式会社暴力団等排除措置規則（平成21年阪神高速規則第3号）に基づく入札等除外措置を受けておらず、かつ、同規則別表に掲げる措置要件のいずれにも該当しないこと。
(6) 詳細は入札説明書による。
4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 入札参加希望者は、入札説明書に明記されている申請書及び資料を令和6年5月13日午後4時までに提出
しなければならない。なお、提出場所については、3(1)と同じとする。申請書及び資料の審査の結果、競争参加資格有りと認められた者に限り入札への参加を認める。
(4) 入札の無効 2の資格を有しない者又は入札者に求められる義務を履行しない者の提出した入札書は無効とする。
(5) 契約書の作成の要否 要。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 契約制限価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。
(7) 手続における交渉の有無 無。
(8) 詳細は入札説明書等による。

② not be falled under the category of suppliers subject to suspension of transactions based on Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's Suspension of Transactions Administration Procedure
have submitted following papers with an application form for tender
(a) a copy of certificate of registered matters
(b) a paper of business career
(c) financial statements
(d) a copy of tax payment certificate
④ not be stopped participating in Hanshin Expressway Company Limited's tenders
⑤ not be subjected to the provisions for exclusion from tender participation under the crime syndicate exclusion bylaw of the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited and to the requirements specified in the appendix of the aforementioned bylaw between the date of the deadline for an application form including its related documents and the time of the tender opening As shown in the tender documentation.
