5 Summary

(5) Fulfilment place: The shipyard which will contract for repair
(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall;
(a) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause;
(b) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting;
(c) have Grade A to D level of interest in Offer of service in Kanto・Koshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2022・2023・2024.
(d) The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
(e) not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
