当社は、当社の完全親会社であるフェレロ・アジアパシフィック・ピーティーイー・リミテッド(本店:シンガポールリパブリックプラザ#26-01ラッフルズプレイス9)より、当社が将来の予測可能な期間に弁済期が到来するすべての債務を履行できるよう財務的支援を行う旨の同意を得ております。なお、本財務的支援は①当事業年度末(2024年8月31日)までに当社が締結する契約の期間、または②2023年8月31日から少なくとも12ヶ月間のうちいずれか遅い方の期間が満了するまでに行われる予定です。
We are pleased to inform you that Ferrero Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Head Office: 9 Raffles Place, #26-01 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619), our wholly-owning parent company, has agreed to provide to us financial support to meet all our financial obligations as such obligations fall due for the foreseeable future. In any event, the financial support will be provided for (1) the duration of any contracts entered into by us by the end of the current commercial year (August 31, 2024) or (2) at least 12 months from August 31, 2023, whichever expires later.
