(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、事前書類審査用書類(運
用仕様書等)を令和8年1月28日17時00分ま
でに、競争参加資格に関する証明書等を令和
8年2月4日12時00分までに提出しなければ
ならない。入札者は、開札日の前日までの間
において、全国健康保険協会事務担当者から
当該書類等に関し説明を求められた場合は、
それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札条件に違反した入札は無効と
する。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した業務を
履行できると全国健康保険協会理事長が判断
した資料を添付して入札書を提出した入札者
であって、全国健康保険協会会計規程第32条
の規定により作成された予定価格の制限の範
囲内で、最低価格をもって有効な入札を行っ
た入札者を落札者とする。

year 2025, 2026, and 2027
④prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑤prove to have no false statement in ten-
dering application forms or attached do-
cuments
⑥prove neither the business condition
