(5)Delivery place: As in the specifications
(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① Not come under the Article 30 of the
Japan Health Insurance Association Or-
der concerning the accounts regulations
② Not come under the Article of the
Japan Health Insurance Association Or-
der concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B in "P-
roduct" or "Service" in terms of the quali-
fication for participating in tenders by
the Ministry of Health, Labour and Wel-
fare (Single qualification for every minis-
try and agency) in fiscal year 2025,2026
and 2027
④ Prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑤Prove to have no false statement in
tendering application forms or attached
documents
⑥Prove neither the business condition-
nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦Being the person who does not take
compensation for damages request from
Japan Health Insurance Association
8 Do not come out of Japan Health Insur-
ance Association during a period taking a
nomination stop about duties
⑨Enterprise have qualification of priva-
cy mark or ISO /IEC27001 or JIS Q27001
(If the enterprise does not have the quali-
fication, there must be equivalent inter-
nal regulations in place)
⑩ Other things depend on the Bid Instruc.
