(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する
書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提出
しなければならない。入札者は、開札日の前
日までの間において、理事長等から当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応
じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要
(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した物品を
納入できると総長等が判断した資料を添付し
て入札書を提出した入札者であって、契約細
則第36条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価
格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な
入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。

those who shall:
A not come under Article 6 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for President of
Japan Institute for Health Security. Furt-
hermore, minors, Person under Con-
servatorship or Person under Assistance
that obtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the
said clause :
B not come under Article 7 of the Regula-
tion concerning Contract for President of
Japan Institute for Health Security;
C have Grade A, B, C in "Manufacturing
of products" of of for
participating in tenders by Ministry of
Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qua-
lification for every ministry and agency)
in Kanto-Koshinetu Region;
D prove to have obtained license for sell-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law;
E prove that they can deliver the thing on
the date and to the place specified by the
Obligating Officer:
F meet the qualification requirements
which the Obligating Officer may specify
in accordance with Article 5 of the Regu-
lation:
