(7)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under the Article3of The
Japan Health Insurance Association Or-
der concerning the accounts regulations
② not come under the Article 31 of The
Japan Health Insurance Association Or-
der concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B or
Grade C in "Service" in terms of the quali-
fication for participating in tenders by
the Ministry of Health, Labour and Wel-
fare (Single qualification for every minis-
try and 2020202026
and 2027
④ prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑤ prove to false statemen-
dering application forms or attached do-
cuments
⑥prove neither the business condition
nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦ Being the person who does not take
compensation for damages request from
Japan Health Insurance Association
⑧ Do not come out of Japan Health Insur-
ance Association during a period taking a
nomination stop about duties
⑨Have a track record of delivering
quantities equivalent to the project in
question
