②Not come under the Article 31 of the
Japan Health Insurance Association Or-
der concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B or
Grade C in "Product" or "Service" in
terms of the qualification for participat-
ing in tenders by the Ministry of Health,
Labour and Welfare (Single qualification
for every ministry and agency) in fiscal
year 2025, 2026, and 2027
④Prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑤ Prove to have no false statement in
tendering application forms or attached
documents
⑥ Prove neither the business condition
nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦Being the person who does not take
compensation for damages request from
Japan Health Insurance Association
⑧ Do not come out of Japan Health Insur-
ance Association during a period taking a
nomination stop about duties
⑨Enterprise have qualification of priva-
cy mark or ISO /IEC27001 or JIS Q 27001
⑩ Other things depend on the Bid Instruc-
tions
