(4) Basic requirements of the procurement: ①A nationwide wide-area network should be provided using optical fibers and transmission equipment. ②At the start of SINET7 operations in April 2028, 800Gbps communication circuits shall be available nationwide. Furthermore, the network shall be capable of expanding to 1.6Tbps communication circuits within the SINET7 op-
erational period ending in March 2034. ③ Communication equipment housings (data centers) located in every prefecture shall be capable of accommodating the aforementioned transmission equipment, SINET7 node equipment, and SINET7 user access lines.
